Terms of service
Last updated October 28, 2026
meet.space is a place for local groups to plan events, talk, and share files. These terms are the agreement between you and the people who run meet.space ("we"). By creating an account or RSVPing to an event, you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
Your account
You log in with links we email you, so anyone who can read your email can log in as you. Keep your email account secure. You need to be at least 16 to use meet.space.
You can leave whenever you like. To delete your account, email hello@meetspace.pro.
What you post
What you post stays yours. That includes discussions, comments, files, photos, groups and events. You give us permission to store it, copy it, and show it to the people it's meant for, as far as running meet.space needs. That permission ends when you or we delete the post, except for copies in backups, which expire on their own.
Group pages, events and discussions in public groups can be seen by anyone, including people without an account. Only members see a group's files.
Only post what you have the right to share.
Organizers
Organizers run their groups and the events they post. They can see their members' email addresses and send messages to their members. If you organize a group:
- Use members' email addresses only for your group, never for unrelated marketing. Don't sell or hand them to anyone else.
- Describe your events honestly, including where they are and what they cost.
- You're responsible for your events.
Events
Events are run by their organizers, not by us. We don't check events, venues or the people who come. Use your own judgment about what you attend. We aren't responsible for what happens at an event.
Don't
- Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, or post hateful content.
- Post anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
- Send spam, or use meet.space to collect people's contact details.
- Pretend to be someone you're not.
- Upload malware, or try to break into, overload, or scrape meet.space.
We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts and groups that break these terms.
No guarantees
We work to keep meet.space running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, events or opportunities.
meet.space is free today. If we start charging for any feature, we'll tell you before anything costs you money.
Changes
When we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date. If a change matters, we'll also email you. Using meet.space after a change means you accept the new terms.
